Our company name "wasserCHRAFT GmbH" represents our respect for the river and its abrasive yet life-giving power. Water is our passion, and sharing this with our clients is our priority. We organize rafting tours on two rivers: Vorderrhein (Class II-III) and Landquart (Class III-IV).

Job Description
You can expect an exceptionally dynamic work environment with a relaxed, uncomplicated culture. Your responsibilities include:
• Performing all duties required to conduct a professional Rafting or Funyak/Packraft/Kayak tour
• Providing instruction, issuing equipment, and controlling and maintaining equipment
• Driving
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Adapting and responding to changes caused by the weather
• Working flexible hours, including weekend assignments

Qualifications
In addition to your outgoing nature and high motivation for the job, we expect the following qualities or knowledge:
• Qualification and experience as a rafting or kayak guide
• EU/CH driver's license; a trailer (category BE) would be advantageous
• EU/CH citizenship would also be advantageous
• Language skills in German and English; any additional language is a plus
• High level of self-motivation, ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Team player who is cooperative, open-minded, and eager to learn
• First aid knowledge
• Good physical fitness
